Your satisfaction is our priority. We want every NYD piece to feel exactly as beautiful on you as it was designed to be.

 

RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for standard orders, and within 14 days for exchange requests. Requests raised after these windows will not be eligible.

 

ELIGIBILITY — ITEMS MUST BE

— Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

— In their original packaging with all tags attached

— Free from perfume, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear

— Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

— Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance

— Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

— Custom, made-to-measure, or bespoke orders

— Items that have been altered, damaged, or washed by the customer

— Accessories including jewellery, belts, and eyewear

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at [support@nydindia.in] with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and your reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. We recommend using a tracked courier service. NYD is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We also offer a store credit option for faster resolution, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

EXCHANGES

We happily exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Raise an exchange request within 14 days of delivery by emailing our support team.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

For returns due to a change of mind or sizing, return shipping is borne by the customer. For defective or incorrectly dispatched items, NYD will cover the return shipping charges.

We take care in packing every order so that it arrives looking and feeling exactly as it should. Because first impressions matter — even in a box.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sale periods or high-volume times, processing may take up to 4–5 business days. We will communicate any delays by email.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES — INDIA

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

Remote / PIN-restricted Areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our Order Status page or directly on the courier’s website.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply for orders re-dispatched due to failed delivery caused by customer error.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, NYD ships within India only. International shipping will be announced through our social channels and website.
